Role Overview

As part of the Service Supply Chain team, you will utilize a blend of proprietary technology and client tools to design and implement Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) or Managed Service solutions across the service lifecycle phases: Plan, Deliver, and Recover. This role involves collaboration with business development and acting as a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop robust solutions that optimize clients’ supply chains and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for business processes and workflows ensuring smooth execution.
• Identify risks and issues within processes and escalate appropriately.
• Monitor operational performance and analyze results to generate actionable insights.
• Manage and oversee database maintenance and integrity.
• Execute data and application maintenance updates as required.
• Take accountability for assigned processes and tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for database issues and client escalations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
• Escalate program-specific or data-related issues to management levels promptly.
• Continuously identify and recommend best practices to enhance end-to-end process efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze Tier I and Tier II client reports.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to refine and improve process workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Fluency in English communication.
• Between 1.5 to 3 years of experience in supply chain or business analyst roles.
• Strong command of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills and database management.
• High attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
