Supply Chain Manager - Inventory Reduction Program

The Supply Chain Manager for the Inventory Reduction Program will support a variety of cross-functional initiatives within the Supply Chain organization. Working within the Global Supply Chain team, the role involves project coordination, thorough data analysis, performance monitoring, comprehensive documentation, stakeholder communication, and training preparation. Collaboration crosses functions including planning, logistics, procurement, and material management.

Key Duties

• Partner closely with Global and Platform inventory leads to assist ongoing inventory reduction and transformation projects.
• Support the establishment and management of the Project Management Office (PMO) dedicated to Inventory reduction, liaising with project leads, key users, and operational teams.
• Identify project interdependencies and facilitate alignment between strategic objectives and execution.
• Create clear, impactful visual presentations that showcase progress and support communication of the inventory transformation roadmap across stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead and contribute to cross-departmental projects, engaging planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and global teams.
• Participate actively in various project stages, including meetings, workshops, testing, and training sessions.
• Develop and upkeep detailed project documentation such as meeting notes, SOPs, process flows, training materials, and reports.
• Analyze project and operational performance data to monitor progress, anticipate risks, and support informed decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Initial experience in supply chain roles or transformation projects; background in business consulting is an advantage.
• Strong process orientation with deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Skilled in crafting visual representations to summarize data and track project progress, facilitating workshops, training, and executive briefings, especially with PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts; familiarity or enthusiasm for analytical tools like Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledgeable about project management methods, excellent organizational and communication abilities to coordinate across various stakeholders.
• Keen interest and understanding of change management to promote stakeholder alignment and improve process adoption.
• Collaborative approach, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Experience with SAP ERP supply chain modules such as Production Planning (PP), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Sales & Distribution (SD) is beneficial.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
