Role Overview

The Colleague Welfare Supervisor is charged with managing and coordinating employee welfare services and facilities. This includes overseeing work and living conditions to maintain safety, cleanliness, comfort, and support for all colleagues. Core responsibilities cover managing staff accommodation, cafeteria services, transportation arrangements, and other welfare-related aspects.

Candidate Profile

• Academic qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or similar preferred.
• Professional experience: 2 to 4 years in HR, colleague welfare, accommodation management, administration, or hospitality operations.
• Preferred background: Prior work in hotels or large hospitality organizations is advantageous.
• Proven ability managing employee housing, catering services, transportation, or welfare functions highly valued.
• Well-versed in fundamental HR policies and employee relationship management.
• Demonstrated strong administrative skills and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication aptitude.
• Capable of addressing colleague concerns with tact, patience, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Skilled in collaboration with diverse departments and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic skills in reporting and documentation.
