Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to students on study abroad options available in top global destinations.
• Evaluate students' academic achievements, interests, and future objectives to suggest the best university programs.
• Assist students with the entire admissions and application procedures.
• Offer advice on visa regulations, scholarships, education loans, and financial planning.
• Keep abreast of updates in international educational systems, university admissions, and immigration policies.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospective students through follow-ups and efficient CRM management.
• Liaise with partner universities and internal departments to ensure smooth application handling.
• Represent the organization at educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and other marketing events.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of experience in Study Abroad Counseling or Overseas Education Consulting.
• In-depth understanding of international university admissions and student visa processes.
• Outstanding communication, counseling, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment while providing excellent student service.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• A proactive and professional mindset with a focus on student needs.
