Strategy Planning Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Planning Manager to spearhead the creation, implementation, and oversight of our company’s strategic initiatives. Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this on-site position demands someone capable of translating high-level corporate strategies into concrete, actionable plans while closely tracking performance and progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the company's strategic planning process to align with organizational goals.
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor strategic projects across various departments.
• Track the progress of strategic initiatives and evaluate organizational performance metrics.
• Convert strategic objectives into feasible and effective execution plans.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive executive reports that detail progress, potential risks, and offer strategic recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Strategic Planning or Strategy Management roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, executing, and monitoring corporate strategic plans.
• Strong skills in project management and cross-departmental coordination.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, report generation, and presentation skills.
• Prior experience within industrial or manufacturing companies is highly favorable.
• Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and Strategic Initiative Management is an advantage.
