Key Responsibilities

Analyze business outcomes using financial metrics, operational data, market trends, and qualitative inputs to uncover risks, opportunities, and emerging patterns.
Formulate hypotheses, assess multifaceted datasets, and continuously refine strategic insights as new information arises.
Collaborate closely with commercial and operational teams to interpret results and present actionable, decision-oriented recommendations.
Evaluate internal metrics alongside industry and adjacent market developments to underpin strategic initiatives.
Convert analytical findings into engaging presentations and narratives that resonate with non-financial stakeholders.
Constructively challenge existing assumptions, pose insightful questions, and empower leadership to make well-informed strategic choices.
Provide influential business insights shaping long-term plans without direct budgeting or profit and loss responsibilities.
Support cross-functional projects by contributing analytical expertise and strategic perspectives.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in strategy, business analysis, management consulting, or similar analytical roles.
Robust financial and analytical skills enabling interpretation of business performance beyond conventional accounting or FP&A.
Proven track record in applying structured, consulting-style, hypothesis-driven problem solving.
Ability to synthesize quantitative data with qualitative insights to generate actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities to influence decisions through compelling data narratives.
Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and business acumen with an ability to operate confidently under ambiguity.
Experience delivering strategic recommendations that support business growth and decision-making.
Preferably experience working with commercial/operational teams, market intelligence, strategy development, or consulting/internal strategy functions.
