Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Stores Clerk for a full-time, permanent role based in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. This role is integral to inventory management and maintenance support, requiring strong organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control for aircraft parts, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Record parts data accurately within the company’s maintenance tracking system.
• Handle shipping and receiving of parts.
• Issue parts as needed to relevant departments or personnel.
• Maintain stewardship of the company’s tool crib.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory stock levels.
• Manage quarantine stores in compliance with company Maintenance Control Manual (MCM).
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and effective time management to meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with the ability to independently manage tasks and also collaborate within a team setting.
• Prior experience in inventory or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible and primarily overnight shifts, adaptable to changes due to operational needs or unforeseen situations.
