About Gino's Gelato and Role Overview
Gino's Gelato, a thriving nationwide chain of gelato shops, is expanding and actively seeking a dedicated Store Manager for its popular Killarney location. This role involves overseeing both local stores with support from an Assistant Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and performance.
- Achieve all agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including stock control, wage cost management, rostering, customer service audits, and staff training.
- Maintain a culture centered on exceptional customer service.
- Plan and prioritize workloads with appropriate delegation.
- Lead recruitment, scheduling, and team performance management.
- Promote continuous improvement within the team setting.
- Ensure the stores meet high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Manage effective product merchandising and display.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong passion for delivering superior customer service.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities, particularly under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from €33,500 to €37,440 annually, depending on experience.
- Potential to earn up to an additional €12,000 per year through monthly KPI-driven bonuses.
