Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Store Incharge to manage daily activities at our store locations in Vasna, Prahaladnagar, Shela, and Vastrapur in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves overseeing store operations, managing inventory, coordinating with delivery and vendor teams, and ensuring excellent customer support along with maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the store effectively.
• Oversee stock management, inventory control, and handle inward and outward stock entries.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and that product displays meet company standards.
• Work closely with delivery personnel and vendors for smooth store functioning.
• Compile and prepare daily sales and stock reports accurately.
• Manage billing processes and cash handling with precision.
• Assist customers promptly and address their basic queries.
• Maintain store discipline and adhere strictly to company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• At least completed 12th grade; graduates are preferred.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Excel and billing software.
• Strong communication capabilities and customer handling aptitude.
• Capability to independently manage all aspects of store operations.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined work ethic.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranges between 15,000 to 21,000 INR depending on experience.

• Shift timings are from 10 AM to 9 PM.
