About the Role
We are seeking a sourcer to join our international recruiting agency, assisting in filling both IT and non-IT vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates from multiple platforms such as HH, LinkedIn, Habr, GitHub, specialized Telegram chats, and others.
- Post job listings on employment websites, groups, and channels.
- Conduct cold candidate searches using innovative sourcing channels.
- Perform initial screenings of potential candidates.
- Analyze sourcing outcomes by creating candidate funnels and reports.
- Administer and update candidate databases within the Huntflow CRM system.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a sourcer or recruiter is required.
- Mandatory experience with IT-related positions.
- Proficient in composing Boolean and X-Ray search queries for efficient candidate sourcing.
- Knowledge and practical experience with platforms including LinkedIn, Habr Career, HH, GitHub, and Telegram chats.
- Skills in posting vacancies and managing candidate responses.
- Expertise in cold sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrated responsibility, systematic approach, and consistency in work processes.
