Software Implementation Officer

Overview

We seek a Software Implementation Officer to facilitate the deployment of our software solutions at client locations. The individual will bridge customers, developers, and internal teams to guarantee proper software configuration, clear comprehension of client requirements, and smooth project execution. This role is hands-on, ideal for candidates with some background in software implementation, support, training, or business systems.

Key Duties

• Gather and clearly convey fundamental customer needs to the technical team.
• Assist in the software deployment and system configuration processes.
• Coordinate with developers and team members to resolve implementation concerns.
• Conduct testing of software features prior to client demos.
• Provide assistance to customers during User Acceptance Testing phases.
• Participate in software demonstrations as required.
• Deliver training sessions for users on software usage.
• Create straightforward user manuals and documentation to support implementations.
• Support clients during go-live and early adoption periods.
• Help analyze and enhance basic client workflows when needed.
• Ensure issues encountered are tracked and addressed until fully resolved.
• Offer general support related to implementation and client assistance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• One to two years of experience in software deployment, software support, ERP/HR/CRM platforms, or client support roles.
• Basic knowledge of business software operations.
• Effective communication and customer interaction skills.
• Aptitude for interpreting customer needs clearly.
• Comfortable collaborating with software developers and technical teams.
• Capability to conduct basic training and showcase software features.
• Strong problem-solving skills with diligent issue follow-up.
• Open to learning new software tools and applications.

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with business-related software such as ERP, Human Resource Management Systems, CRM, accounting software, or workflow tools is advantageous.
