Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, code, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and products.
• Collaborate with peers to create innovative solutions that enhance client operations.
• Manage IT production services adhering to management protocols and SLA standards.
• Contribute to all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring high client satisfaction and quality delivery.
• Provide operational support to maintain system and device availability.
• Engage with advanced technologies such as cloud engineering and operations, automation, RPA, SRE, and intelligent call center systems.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Diploma in Information Technology.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and interest in technology domains.
• Exhibit good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Show flexibility to work across various projects as needed.

Preferred Technical Experience

• Exposure to Java, J2EE, .Net, or full-stack software development.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
• Experience or knowledge of data engineering, R programming, or Python.
• Understanding of low-code development platforms.
