Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with planning and managing daily activities and routines.
- Facilitate active participation in local community life, promoting inclusion and social engagement.

- Help individuals maintain and develop independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, and nurturing social and family relationships.
- Consistently apply organization policies, procedures, codes of practice, and meet legislative standards.
- Work flexible shifts across a 24/7 roster to ensure continuous care and support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Studies, or related fields is mandatory.
- Registered with the relevant professional body, including CORU if applicable.
- Previous experience in social care or support roles is advantageous but not essential.
- Exhibit a positive, eager-to-learn attitude with a true dedication to enhancing individuals' lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for positive relationship building with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- A full driving licence is essential, or a commitment to obtaining one.
- Adaptability and dependability to cover various shifts according to service demands.
