Site Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a highly competent Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all civil, structural, and architectural construction activities on a prominent hotel development project. This position requires comprehensive supervision on site, covering everything from planning stages and project execution to quality assurance and safety adherence, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities on site, guaranteeing high quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Examine technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to confirm alignment with design requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, and site personnel to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
• Track project milestones, schedules, and material supplies to facilitate on-time completion.
• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines and record any safety incidents as per company policy.
• Keep detailed site records including attendance sheets, material usage logs, and daily progress updates.
• Assess team performance regularly and make necessary improvements or corrective measures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 3 years focused on hotel or tall building projects.
• Experience working in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP software, particularly SAP, is preferred.
• Strong capability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
