Role overview

Multilink Management Consultants is hiring a Site Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position is focused on leading construction execution at site level for Oil & Gas EPC projects.

What the role involves

• Take charge of all construction activities at the site and keep day-to-day execution on track.
• Make sure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with the approved budget.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and project management teams to keep the project aligned.
• Track overall progress, identify issues at site, and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure the work meets client requirements, technical specifications, and quality expectations.
• Plan and control manpower, equipment, and subcontractor deployment to support project goals.

Candidate requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Civil, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC construction projects.
• Background in handling large-scale site execution and construction operations.
• Good understanding of project planning, safety compliance, quality systems, and resource control.
• Experience working with clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Prior work experience in GCC countries or Saudi Arabia will be considered an advantage.
