Responsibilities

Organize and arrange site inspections coordinating with clients, contractors, and inspectors.
Ensure all necessary documentation for inspections is prepared and compliant with project specifications prior to inspections.
Maintain and update records for site inspections, including non-conformance reports and tracking logs.
Coordinate with Quality Engineers to follow up and close out inspection findings and corrective actions.
Communicate with quality teams and external stakeholders to manage inspection packages and documentation while updating project logs.
Monitor inspection progress and provide regular updates on request statuses and statistics (such as open, closed, rejected, ongoing).
Assist in site and construction audits ensuring inspection documentation is properly stored and accessible.
Track key inspection performance metrics and KPIs, preparing reports on inspection status and outstanding issues jointly with the site quality team.
Gather and consolidate inspection and quality activity summaries into weekly and monthly reports submitted to the client.
Manage daily RFIs issuance and closure, including client communication through the company portal.
Maintain final quality dossiers for client handover after approval by all involved site quality parties including subcontractors and contractors.

Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a relevant professional qualification.
Minimum of eight years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Previous experience coordinating inspection activities in EPC or PMC projects.
Knowledge of vendor inspections, third-party coordination, and maintaining inspection reports and notifications.
Proficiency in preparing and maintaining inspection registers such as material release and notification registers.
Experience in developing master project POs inspection schedules including pre-inspection meetings and factory acceptance test planning.
Mechanical background preferred with NDT Level II certification and welding knowledge such as CWI or CSWIP; electrical/equipment inspection experience is advantageous.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and document management systems, with ability to manage multiple inspection schedules and deadlines.
