Role Overview

The Shift Supervisor role based at O'Sullivan Beach leads and supports the Production Operations Team. This role involves hands-on leadership, coaching, and empowerment of Production Operators across multiple manufacturing areas. Close collaboration with departments including Planning, Maintenance, and Despatch is critical to ensure safety, product quality, timely production, and continuous operational improvements.

Working Conditions and Schedule

Position operates on a rotating shift pattern, alternating weekly between day and afternoon shifts, with a monthly rostered day off (RDO). The role is fully onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide clear supervision to ensure smooth daily mill operations.
• Manage team workloads with appropriate guidance and support.
• Identify performance enhancements and risk mitigation methods to meet on-time delivery commitments.
• Oversee administrative functions such as payroll accuracy, incident documentation, and maintaining operational records.
• Facilitate the professional and technical growth of team members.
