Position Overview
As a Shift Leader at Panda Restaurant Group, you will play a crucial leadership role supporting management in delivering our mission by passionately preparing food, providing exceptional service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: At least some high school education completed.
- Preferably some prior experience in operations roles.
- Food safety certification (e.g., Food Handler) as mandated by local or municipal authorities, obtained independently by the candidate.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Physical capacity to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, work in hot, noisy kitchen environments, and operate kitchen equipment safely.
- Strong verbal communication skills and adaptability to dynamic workplace conditions.
Additional Information
The role involves significant kitchen active work including preparing hot and cold foods, handling sharp kitchen tools, and working within limited and often hot and noisy spaces. Shift Leaders are expected to maintain excellent accuracy despite time pressures.
