SharePoint Developer with Power Platform and Oracle Integration Expertise

Role Overview

We seek a seasoned SharePoint Developer skilled in Power Platform, SharePoint Online/On-Premises, and Oracle integration to design, implement, and support enterprise collaboration tools. This role focuses on workflow automation and building scalable low-code applications to improve business operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments, including site collections, libraries, lists, and workflows.
• Create customized Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven) to optimize business workflows.
• Design and manage Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and system integrations.
• Customize SharePoint interfaces using SPFx, JSON formatting, custom web parts, and extensions.
• Implement governance frameworks, manage permissions, role-based access control, and security compliance.
• Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with Oracle databases through APIs, REST services, gateways, or middleware.
• Oversee data integration between SharePoint, Power Platform, and Oracle systems.
• Support migration projects transitioning from HCL Lotus Notes to SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Conduct testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and provide user support.
• Prepare documentation including technical manuals and user guides; facilitate training sessions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SharePoint development.
• Advanced proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate within SharePoint Online and On-Premises contexts.
• Strong experience with SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and REST API integration.
• Well-versed in Oracle database integration and external system connectivity.
• Expertise in SharePoint migration and modernization initiatives.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.
• Microsoft certifications related to this field are considered beneficial.
