ServiceNow IRM Engineer - Operational Resilience & GRC

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Engineer with expertise in Operational Resilience to join our team immediately. At BCforward India Technologies, the ideal candidate will engage in designing and delivering scalable solutions within Compliance and Risk domains, leveraging extensive ServiceNow capabilities including configuration, scripting, and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable solutions across Compliance and Risk domains using ServiceNow IRM.
• Perform hands-on configuration, workflow creation, scripting, UI policy management, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB maintenance within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and guidance to peers.
• Engage throughout the full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of three years hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM implementations focused on Operational Resilience.
• At least eight years of overall software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, and AngularJS frameworks.
• Expertise in ServiceNow configuration including UI policies, ACLs, and integration methods.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Desired Qualifications

• Certification as ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Experience or interest in Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies is a plus.
