Role Overview
The ServiceNow IRM Developer will be responsible for leading the development, configuration, and customization efforts related to ServiceNow's Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules. This includes handling modules such as Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy & Compliance, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM). The role involves designing complex IRM workflows, developing scoring systems, and establishing comprehensive risk assessment methodologies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead software development and enhancement activities for various ServiceNow IRM modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, and others.
- Design and implement workflows, risk scoring models, entity scopes, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
- Configure notifications, SLAs, reports, and script-based objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI policies, UI actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows.
- Establish and maintain integration points using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server to connect ServiceNow IRM with external enterprise systems.
- Manage data import/export processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with IRM standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams via workshops, design discussions, and sprint planning to deliver quality solutions.
- Provide expert technical support and best practice recommendations for ServiceNow IRM implementations and troubleshooting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience developing and supporting ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management solutions.
- Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS) certification is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, workflow design, data management, and integration technologies.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should hold degrees such as B.Tech or B.E. in fields including Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Business Systems, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Electronics and Computer Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
