Service Advisor - Dubai

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Service Advisor to provide essential administrative support to our Sinotruk Service and Parts teams, ensuring efficient daily operations of the aftersales department. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and is based at our Dubai Workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the Service Manager, Workshop, and After Sales teams.
• Generate and manage service job cards, repair orders, and workshop documentation.
• Schedule service bookings and maintain communication with customers regarding their vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and invoices related to workshop activities.
• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, warranty claims, and all service-related paperwork.
• Coordinate with the Parts department to verify availability of parts for upcoming repairs.
• Maintain precise customer, vehicle, and service records within the ERP system.
• Track workshop reports, technician timesheets, and job status updates.
• Assist with warranty administration and manufacturer-required documentation.
• Compile daily and monthly aftersales reports including key performance indicators.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and escalate any issues when necessary.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies and manufacturer standards.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role within the Heavy Commercial Vehicle or heavy equipment sectors.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting workshop, service, or aftersales teams.
• Strong organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective customer service skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
