Role Overview
We are currently seeking a devoted and service-oriented Server to provide a refined dining experience that exemplifies the highest standards in hospitality. This role requires a passion for delivering memorable guest interactions through thoughtful, consistent service and meticulous attention to detail. The Server will be instrumental in creating unforgettable moments, guiding guests through every stage of their dining experience with warmth and professionalism, while enhancing their own career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by delivering first-class service aligned with RH standards.
- Confidently escort guests through their dining journey, offering expert recommendations and proactively anticipating their needs.
- Efficiently handle all guest transactions in compliance with safety, security, and regulatory procedures.
- Maintain exceptional quality and presentation of the dining area, including table upkeep, arrangement, and overall cleanliness.
- Serve as an ambassador of the RH brand by engaging guests with warmth, presenting a polished appearance, and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of menu selections.
- Promote teamwork by adopting a 'Full Hands In, Full Hands Out' approach, supporting colleagues, and ensuring the dining environment remains orderly and prepared at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience working in high-volume, full-service restaurant settings.
- Preferred proficiency in English to effectively communicate within an internationally diverse team.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom at the application time.
- Meet the minimum age requirement mandated by local laws for alcohol service, shift work, and full kitchen duties.
- Availability to work during weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as the role demands.
Physical Demands
- Regularly move and lift objects up to 25 kilograms using safe techniques and equipment.
- Remain standing and walk for prolonged periods during work hours.
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation protocols within a commercial kitchen environment.
