Job Overview
This opportunity is based in Montreal, QC, requiring a full-time onsite commitment. We seek a seasoned Senior UX/UI Designer with at least eight years of professional experience to craft user-focused digital experiences tailored for enterprise software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive user research employing various techniques such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies, contextual inquiries, and visual preference assessments.
- Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web-based and enterprise-level applications.
- Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and refined high-fidelity visuals utilizing tools like Sketch (preferred), Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Establish and uphold scalable design systems, ensuring cohesive brand representation across all digital platforms.
- Interpret research insights into actionable design strategies for product development and business teams.
- Work in close partnership with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement solutions centered on user needs.
- Promote UX best practices and guide teams in adopting user-centric design philosophies.
- Communicate design proposals, research outcomes, and strategic recommendations effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven expertise with diverse UX research methods including usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies, contextual inquiries, and visual preference testing.
- Advanced proficiency in design software such as Sketch (highly preferred), Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with complex digital application design and overseeing design system management.
- Ability to deliver consistent digital brand experiences across decentralized settings.
- Strong analytical skills to convert user data into practical design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Proficient in collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams.
