Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify improvement opportunities spanning a wide range of topics affecting both bottom-line and top-line results.
• Lead primarily internal teams to design, pilot, and execute targeted initiatives.
• Advance key items on the strategic agenda focusing on growth and profitability, including developing new business models for various subunits.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and management meetings.
• Develop concepts and maintain ongoing performance management to support Apleona’s strong organic growth.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional strategy team across different business units.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, private equity, or restructuring/transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to distinguish critical issues from less relevant ones and a passion for continuous organizational and personal improvement.
• Experience in leading projects or workstreams.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills combined with proactive, strategic, and innovative thinking.
• Independent and structured working style with quick comprehension and the ability to maintain an overview of complex matters.
• Hands-on experience implementing strategic programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong moderation and presentation skills, along with excellent communication and assertiveness across all hierarchy levels.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in German and very good command of English.
• Since management is based in Frankfurt/Neu-Isenburg, regular presence there is advisable, along with moderate travel to other locations and project sites as needed.
