Role overview
David Webb is hiring a Senior Sales Advisor for its Doha boutique. This is a high-impact luxury retail role for a commercially driven professional who is passionate about fine jewelry and capable of delivering exceptional client experiences while contributing to boutique sales growth.
The role calls for at least 5 years of experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales, along with a proven history of strong client service and consistent sales results. Applicants must already be located in Qatar, as relocation support will not be offered.

The company operates from its historic headquarters on Madison Avenue in New York and maintains boutiques in Beverly Hills, Doha, and other growing locations across MENA.
What the role involves
The Senior Sales Advisor will be expected to contribute to both sales performance and the culture of the Doha boutique. The ideal candidate will already have an existing client network, demonstrate leadership on the sales floor, and support the growth of junior team members through example.
Sales performance
- Deliver strong individual sales results in line with personal KPIs and boutique targets.
- Identify opportunities to win new clients, encourage repeat purchases, and grow the client portfolio.
- Support clienteling activities and boutique events that help keep the store commercially active.
Client relationship management
- Develop and maintain a personal VVIP client base with a highly tailored and proactive service approach.
- Keep accurate client records, including purchase history, preferences, milestones, and follow-up details.
- Reconnect with clients through personalized outreach, new product updates, and seasonal communication.
Boutique standards and team contribution
- Maintain excellent boutique presentation, strong product knowledge, and a polished personal image at all times.
- Support the management team with stock counts, inventory-related work, and administrative duties when needed.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales, supported by a strong and verifiable sales record.
- A current personal client book in Qatar or the wider GCC, with the ability to grow and retain high-value relationships.
- Strong knowledge of fine jewelry, precious stones, and luxury products; experience with American or heritage jewelry brands is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, refined approach to client service.
- Strong organizational habits, initiative, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Immaculate personal presentation and cultural awareness suited to Qatar’s international clientele.
- Arabic language ability is a strong plus, and additional languages are also welcomed.
- Candidates must already be based in Qatar; relocation will not be provided.
