Job Overview
Policy Bazaar Insurance Brokers Private Limited, a leading InsurTech company committed to 'Har Family Hogi Insured', is searching for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role is pivotal in driving insurance sales, expanding the customer base, and nurturing long-term client relationships via need-based selling and exceptional customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets measured by Annualized Premium (ANP) and number of cases.
- Generate new customers through multiple channels including leads, referrals, and organic growth.
- Conduct detailed client meetings to identify insurance needs and recommend customized solutions.
- Adhere to Need-Based Selling principles to effectively upsell and cross-sell insurance products.
- Provide ongoing post-sale support, ensuring prompt policy issuance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain consistent communication and engagement with assigned customers.
- Collaborate with supervisors to strategize sales planning and execution.
- Forecast sales outcomes and maintain accurate client databases within the territory.
- Ensure compliance with Information Security Management System (ISMS) and data security guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Demonstrated sales expertise coupled with a drive to meet and exceed goals.
- Resilient, disciplined, and self-driven mindset.
- Result-oriented attitude with the ability to embrace challenges positively.
Qualifications & Experience
- Any graduate or equivalent degree.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Established history of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and pipeline management.
