Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision and strategic roadmap for backend trading infrastructure.
• Enhance critical systems including matching engines, risk management modules, and pricing models specifically for derivative products like Futures, Margin trading, Options, and Event Contracts.
• Collaborate closely with trading engineering teams to transform sophisticated trading requirements into viable technical solutions.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial planning through to launch and subsequent feature rollouts.
• Continuously monitor the backend platform's performance and proactively resolve potential issues before affecting end-users.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory compliance, and best operational practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior product management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of financial derivatives including Margin trading, Futures, Perpetual swaps, and Options.
• Strong technical or quantitative foundation, for example in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Ability to comprehend complex trading algorithms and risk assessment methodologies and translate these into clear product requirements.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to facilitate communication with international stakeholders and partners.
