Senior Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Product Manager to spearhead the strategy, definition, and implementation of cutting-edge robotic solutions. This role involves shaping a visionary long-term product roadmap and overseeing complex technical decisions to deliver world-class robotic products suited for real-world applications across hardware, software, AI, and operational domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a multi-year vision, roadmap, and go-to-market plans for advanced robotic platforms.
• Identify and prioritize lucrative opportunities in sectors such as security, logistics, inspection, and service robotics.
• Drive strategic product planning, business case development, and stage product lifecycle management.
• Engage extensively with customers to grasp their workflows, challenges, and operational scenarios.
• Translate customer insights into detailed product requirements documents including PRDs, MRDs, and system specifications.
• Perform market research, competitive benchmarking, and technology evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with robotics, autonomy, AI, and fleet management engineering teams to develop robust, scalable robotics systems.
• Make system-level trade-offs balancing autonomy, perception, safety, reliability, manufacturability, and overall costs.
• Establish performance KPIs and safeguard product quality through continuous validation and iteration.
• Align cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, operations, marketing, and compliance to shared product objectives.
• Support sales and customer success teams by participating in demos, technical deep-dives, and client discussions.
• Contribute to global strategies for regulatory compliance, safety, and certifications.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior product management staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in Product Management with 3+ years specifically focused on robotics, autonomous systems, or integrated hardware-software products.
• Strong systems thinking and profound understanding of the robotics technology stack.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives for complex technical products.
• Ability to translate diverse customer needs into scalable product solutions effectively.
• Experience managing roadmaps for multi-disciplinary technology offerings.
• Preferably holds a background in robotics, mechatronics, computer science, AI, or related disciplines.
• Experience with fleet management, autonomy, or managing large-scale robotic system deployments is a plus.
• Key competencies include strategic and systems-level thinking, customer-focused problem solving, technical expertise combined with commercial insight, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, and data-driven prioritization and execution skills.
