- Lead, mentor, and develop a competent and efficient planning team.

- Demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain Planning specifically within the food manufacturing sector.
- Leadership experience managing planning teams in manufacturing contexts.
- Comprehensive understanding of inventory control, production scheduling, and end-to-end supply chain mechanisms.

- Familiarity with ERP and MRP planning software systems.
