Role Overview

This role places you at the core of the UK film sector, where you'll cultivate strategic partnerships with film studios, distributors, streaming services, filmmakers, and agencies. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will spearhead the creation of commercial collaborations that secure premieres, advance screenings, influencer-centric events, awards activations, and other prominent film-related happenings. Your efforts will elevate Everyman's standing as the nation's premier cinema while fueling revenue growth and fostering lasting industry alliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Forge and nurture enduring partnerships with film studios, distributors, streaming platforms, PR agencies, and awards organizations.
• Spot opportunities in upcoming film releases and devise innovative proposals benefiting both partners and Everyman.
• Obtain rights to host premieres, launches, influencer screenings, awards activations, and other major events.
• Create commercially viable event packages that encourage repeat business.
• Handle event inquiries from inception through to execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Film, Partnerships, Private Hire, and Operations teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Lead on-site event production when required, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Promote Everyman as the preferred partner for premium film events and industry collaborations.

Candidate Profile

• Experience collaborating with film distributors, studios, streaming platforms, or within the broader entertainment industry.
• Proven success in cultivating and sustaining senior stakeholder relationships.
• Track record of delivering upscale events, launches, or activations.
• Strong commercial insight with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Superior organizational skills and project management proficiency.
• Proactive, self-motivated with the confidence to influence across all organizational levels.
• A deep passion for film and the cinema sector.
