Senior Information Technology Recruiter

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter based in Visakhapatnam, India, to join us full-time with shift hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. The position involves a hybrid mix of full-cycle IT recruitment, business development, bench sales, and client acquisition focusing on Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangements.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and expand client relationships through cold outreach, networking, and direct marketing efforts.
• Promote IT consultants on bench to tier-1 vendors and direct clients under C2C terms.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT candidates for various positions.
• Identify new direct clients and prime vendors in the US IT sector, negotiate service contracts, pay rates, and terms.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of client contacts and hiring managers.
• Conduct daily mass mailings to promote consultants currently on the bench and align consultant skills with available C2C roles.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases to find IT professionals; perform phone screenings to evaluate technical abilities and communication.
• Submit resumes with competitive rates to clients and follow up on application status.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, and calls to pitch company IT services and foster new client relationships.
• Perform market research and lead generation to support business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• 5 to 8 years experience in US IT recruitment, bench sales, and C2C business development.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong network of contacts with tier-1 vendors and direct clients in the US IT market.
• Good understanding of US visa categories such as H1B, OPT, EAD, Green Card, US Citizen status and tax classifications including W2, 1099, and C2C.

Work Conditions and Additional Information

• Work location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, requiring onsite attendance.
• Shift timing: Night shift from 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST.
• Compensation: Open salary structure with yearly payment and incentives.
