Role Summary

- Collaborating within high-performing teams to design and deliver superior client solutions and outcomes.
- Applying analytical thinking and inquiry to understand client difficulties and contribute practical insights toward viable solutions.
- Performing both quantitative and qualitative analyses through activities like client interviews, workshops, document reviews, and presenting findings and proposals.

Candidate Profile

Technical Expertise Required:
- Experience working on transformation initiatives delivering one or more of these services:
- Digital advisory, including strategic planning and systems architecture.
- Salesforce consultation and deployment.
- Operational excellence: business analysis, process modelling, operating models, service design, and experience enhancement.
- Strategic planning and developing business cases.
- Change management readiness, planning, and adoption.
- Project, program, portfolio management, and PMO services.
While prior consulting experience is advantageous, a general consulting skillset suffices, evidenced by:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic decision-making ability.
- Capability in quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis.
- Delivering impactful, high-quality outputs within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivation, organization, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic settings, working effectively within teams.
- A commitment to lifelong learning, staying updated on industry trends, risks, innovations, and developments.
