Scrum Master

Role overview

This position is being recruited on behalf of a Haystack partner. The selected professional will support strategic programs and help coordinate Agile delivery, with a strong focus on Dev2030 and Internal Developer Portal initiatives.

What you will do

• Oversee work at both project and program level for key strategic efforts, especially Dev2030 and Internal Developer Portal activities.
• Run SAFe Agile Scrum Master ceremonies and support project, program, and business management tasks.
• Work closely with engineering, platform, security, vendor partners, and developer experience teams to convert standards and business goals into features and user stories.
• Lead execution of ITSM roadmaps so that services and processes stay aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Drive improvements to ITSM processes and/or services by building effective working relationships across teams.
• Assess business requirements, organizational context, and current industry practices to uncover gaps or weaknesses in existing services and workflows.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in IT, including 4 years supporting or implementing ITSM processes or services.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience working with process or service teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CIS, Business Administration, or a related discipline; comparable work experience may be accepted in place of the degree.
• Strong subject-matter knowledge to manage or oversee business-focused projects.
• Ability to provide clear direction on product, program, and project priorities to delivery teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and build strong cross-functional relationships.
