Role Overview

As a Scrum Master working remotely for LTIMindtree, you will lead Agile processes, oversee project timelines and scope, and facilitate effective team collaboration to deliver quality results within sprints.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project scope and timelines effectively.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies including sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Mentor team members on Agile principles and frameworks.
• Promote open communication and efficient collaboration internally.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external communications from stakeholders or customers.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlogs and manage requests.
• Identify and remove impediments to progress, resolving conflicts as they arise.
• Facilitate smooth implementation of process changes within teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards by sprint completion.
• Drive teams towards advanced Scrum maturity levels.
• Create an environment where team members feel ownership of the product and are engaged in their work.
