Role summary

The Scriptwriters & Producers position is a full-time remote role responsible for taking scripted content from early concept all the way through production. The work includes developing story concepts, drafting and improving scripts and screenplays, and working with internal teams to keep the creative direction aligned with project goals. The position also covers planning and organizing video production processes, preparing concise briefs and production notes, and making sure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and brand expectations. You will collaborate with editors, designers, and technical teammates, using AI-assisted tools to improve speed and creativity while preserving a consistent voice, structure, and narrative flow.

Key responsibilities

Develop original story concepts and script ideas for different content formats.
Write, edit, and polish scripts and screenplays for short-form, long-form, and branded content.
Coordinate video production tasks and help keep workflows organized.
Prepare clear creative briefs and production notes for internal and external teams.
Work closely with editors, designers, and technical staff to maintain creative alignment.
Use AI tools to support brainstorming, writing, and production efficiency.
Ensure content stays on brand, on schedule, and aligned with quality standards.

Requirements

Strong storytelling and scriptwriting ability across multiple formats.
Practical exposure to video production, including shoot coordination and collaboration with creative teams.
Excellent writing skills with the flexibility to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
Self-driven work style suited to a remote environment, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfort with or willingness to learn AI-enabled creative tools and workflows.
Good communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional creative collaboration.
Experience in film, television, digital media, or content production is preferred.
A degree in Film, Media, Creative Writing, or a related subject is helpful but not mandatory.
