Their focus lies in optimizing core sales, service, and marketing processes leveraging innovative Salesforce, analytics, and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Implement Salesforce solutions while working closely with project teams, clients, and technology partners.
Develop and configure on the Salesforce platform and potentially integration platforms like Magicxpi.
Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and implementation partners to deliver technical requirements by independently designing solutions and contributing innovative ideas.
Serve as a technical point of contact both for customers and within project teams.
Apply and develop skills for working effectively within agile project structures.

Candidate Profile

Experience in Salesforce development using Apex and standard configuration tools, or alternatively strong Java development experience with a desire to grow in Salesforce.
Hands-on expertise in creating flows, page layouts, permission/sharing models, UI development (LWC/Visualforce), and data modeling within Salesforce.
Familiarity with agile project methodologies like Scrum is advantageous.
A completed degree in (business) computer science, engineering, or a similar qualification.
A team-oriented mindset with clear and goal-driven communication skills to articulate complex technical topics clearly.
Self-directed work ethic with strong customer orientation and solution focus.
Fluency in German at negotiation level and very good command of English.
