• Proactively identify obstacles and address challenges in the sales development process.
• Participate in trade shows and events to showcase shyftplan’s benefits.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in researching prospects, initiating contact, and establishing business relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Innovative and personalized approach to reaching out to potential new customers.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and interact empathetically with various stakeholders within an organization.
• Fluency in German at a native speaker level.
