About the Role

Graciss Menstrual Care by Sharas Group is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-expanding Indian hygiene brand by managing smooth sales operations, distributor coordination, and comprehensive sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between Regional Sales Managers, distributors, and super stockists to ensure coordinated sales efforts
Manage customer order processing and ensure dispatches are executed on schedule
Compile and generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MIS tools
Monitor and track payment collections and outstanding dues
Collaborate across departments including Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to support sales processes
Maintain accurate customer records, pricing data, and sales documentation
Proactively follow up on pending orders to ensure timely closure

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar disciplines
Experience range: 2 to 5 years in sales coordination, sales operations, or FMCG sector
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills, organized approach, and effective follow-up abilities
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems will be considered an advantage
