About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our Centra team at Fingerboard, Charleville Road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. This position centers on delivering exceptional service and ensuring the satisfaction of every customer who enters our store. As a Sales Assistant, you will represent Centra's values, prioritise customer needs, and help foster a welcoming shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to store policies.
• Organise, replenish, and maintain merchandise displays to uphold the highest presentation standards throughout the store.
• Participate in store initiatives and adapt to new approaches or procedures as required.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Capacity to effectively engage with customers and recognise their priorities.
• Meticulous with strong organisational skills and adaptability.
• Proactive and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• A strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the retail sector, is advantageous but not essential.

Additional Information

• We are looking for candidates who can manage both morning and evening shifts, working 3–4 days per week.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• The start and finish times are approximate and may vary.
