About the Role

Join H&M as a Sales Advisor, where you will play an essential part in delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Provide customers with informed recommendations by sharing your expertise in fashion and product features.
• Work cooperatively with team members to maintain a high-quality customer journey and service excellence.
• Keep both the sales floor and stock areas tidy, well supplied, and visually appealing.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Serve as a positive and professional representative of H&M during all customer engagements.

Team Environment

The store team forms the core of H&M’s operations, offering customers a firsthand experience of the brand. This team includes Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, and other store-specific roles. Collaboration extends beyond individual stores, connecting with the Area Team to share best practices and drive collective success. Your role helps customers feel confident expressing their unique style, blending the latest trends with timeless pieces, while fostering sustainable and accessible fashion.

Candidate Profile

• Previous customer service experience in retail, especially fashion or similar sectors, is preferred.
• Demonstrate passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering outstanding in-store service while boosting product sales.
• Enjoy working in cooperative and fast-paced settings.
• Possess good communication skills, creativity, a willingness to learn store technologies, and curiosity for ongoing development.
• Show flexibility and proactive action orientation.

Additional Details

This position is based full-time or part-time at the Amanora Mall store in Pune and reports directly to the Department Manager.
