Role Overview

As a Room Attendant, you are essential to the Housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms are impeccably cleaned and maintained. Beyond physical cleaning tasks, you contribute positively to the team environment and assist guests whenever necessary, playing a key role in delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Completely clean guestrooms including changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and dusting surfaces to uphold high standards.
• Follow housekeeping procedures meticulously to maintain the hotel's quality benchmarks.
• Keep housekeeping carts organized, well-stocked, and ready for use.
• Handle cleaning agents responsibly and comply with safety regulations to maintain a safe workspace.
• Protect guests' privacy and security consistently throughout your duties.
• Promptly notify maintenance of any issues observed during cleaning to ensure optimal room conditions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in cleaning or as a room attendant is advantageous.
• Exhibit a warm, friendly communication style making guests and team members feel comfortable.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and pride in delivering quality work.
• Physically capable of navigating between rooms, including stairs and outdoor paths.
• Enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues of diverse backgrounds.
• Have reliable transport and be available for various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
