Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant, you are essential to the Housekeeping team by maintaining immaculate guest rooms and meticulously attending to every detail. Your duties go beyond cleaning and include teamwork and assisting guests to ensure an outstanding hospitality experience that guests will remember fondly.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including changing bed linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping all surfaces to create a welcoming environment
• Adhere strictly to established cleaning procedures to uphold the high standards of the hotel
• Keep housekeeping equipment and trolleys well-stocked and organized
• Handle cleaning products responsibly and follow all safety guidelines
• Protect guest privacy and maintain security to create a comfortable stay
• Promptly inform management of any maintenance issues observed during cleaning

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning or room attendant roles is advantageous
• Communicate warmly and create a friendly atmosphere with both guests and coworkers
• Have excellent attention to detail, manage time effectively, and take pride in your workmanship
• Physically able to move around frequently, including navigating stairs and open pathways
• Adept at working cooperatively within a diverse team environment
• Must have reliable transportation and be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays
