Job Overview
As a Room Attendant at Hilton, your role extends beyond maintaining guest room cleanliness; you contribute to creating memorable hospitality experiences by spreading warmth and light throughout each guest’s stay. Your daily commitment ensures every room offers comfort and exceptional standards to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of assigned guest rooms, including bed-making, bathroom sanitation, dusting, vacuuming, and occasionally deep cleaning.
- Refill linens, towels, and necessary guest supplies to ensure rooms are fully equipped and welcoming.
- Manage housekeeping supply carts by stocking, organizing, and transporting supplies as needed daily.
- Promptly and politely address and fulfill guest requests to enhance their experience.
- Handle waste disposal responsibly by disposing of garbage and recyclables in specified locations.
