Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inventive Robotics & STEAM Educator who is passionate about technology and dedicated to motivating young learners through experiential education.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive lessons in Robotics, Coding, AI, and STEAM for learners.
• Use educational robots, STEAM kits, and digital resources to facilitate practical learning experiences.
• Apply Mingo Blox’s educational frameworks across schools, training centers, and community initiatives.
• Customize lesson content to suit varying age groups and educational levels.
• Track learner progress and prepare assessments and feedback reports.
• Create and sustain a secure, welcoming, and stimulating educational atmosphere.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Academic background in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a closely related discipline.
• Previous experience educating children or young people, either in formal or informal settings.
• Strong enthusiasm for Robotics, Coding, AI, or STEAM fields.
• Proficient use of digital educational technologies and tools.
• Excellent communication capabilities and classroom management skills.
• Innovative, energetic, and learner-centered approach.
• Willingness to undertake travel for program delivery and training purposes as needed.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with block-based programming, Scratch, Python, Arduino, or robotics hardware kits.
• Experience participating in STEM clubs, coding bootcamps, or maker spaces.
