Retail Store Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Outlet Manager to take charge of the daily functioning of our factory outlet, ensuring seamless sales activities, inventory control, and excellent customer service for our cattle feed products.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the retail outlet or counter.
• Maintain continuous product availability and manage stock efficiently.
• Supervise billing processes, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Drive B2B sales growth and expand the retail outlet network.
• Ensure merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
• Develop strong connections with walk-in customers and local livestock owners.
• Coordinate with warehouse and factory teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly and report to senior management.
• Assist customers in using the Gauri Brand app to encourage repeat purchases.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly on-site.
• Manage counter staff and uphold discipline within the team, if applicable.

Requirements

• Minimum education of 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in retail sales or outlet management, preferably in agriculture or FMCG sectors.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications, including billing software and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, especially for engaging with local farmers.
• Possess qualities of honesty, discipline, and goal orientation.
• Must own a two-wheeler for local coordination tasks if necessary.

Salary and Benefits

The salary package ranges from ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month, supplemented with incentives based on sales achievements. This role provides a promising chance to join a rapidly expanding agricultural brand with potential career progression as the outlet network grows.
