Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun entails strategic planning of stock purchases for a range of retail stores. The role requires determining the quantities of products to order by category and store, negotiating final purchase orders to optimize sales outcomes. The primary goals include maximizing full-price sales and overall season sell-through by accurately forecasting demand and making informed buying decisions.
Additional responsibilities involve monitoring inventory and initiating mid-season orders for fast-moving items, as well as coordinating stock transfers between stores to improve sell-through rates. The position demands strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, along with effective communication and negotiation abilities. An interest in fashion and product trends is essential.
