Role Summary
The Retail Marketing Manager role, based full-time onsite in Stadt Hamburg, involves spearheading retail marketing efforts to enhance brand recognition, increase customer visits, and boost sales via key channels and retail partners. Daily responsibilities include crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing in-store promotions and visual merchandising, and coordinating retail campaigns in partnership with sales and brand teams. Additionally, the position requires tracking performance indicators, analyzing consumer and market data to refine marketing efforts, and reinforcing K-beauty brand positioning at retail locations. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence at sales points.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in market planning and retail marketing to develop and implement impactful in-store and omnichannel campaigns.
- Proven project management skills to handle scheduling, resources, and stakeholder coordination across various retail projects.
- Experience in sales collaboration, understanding retail metrics, and supporting strategies to drive product sell-through.
- Brand management capabilities to ensure consistent identity and messaging throughout retail touchpoints.
- Background in beauty, cosmetics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) retail sectors is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical competence in interpreting retail and marketing analytics to inform strategic decisions.
- Fluency in both German and English languages is required.
- Ability to work onsite in Stadt Hamburg and engage effectively within a multicultural, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
