About the Role

The Retail Associate will play a crucial role in driving store sales and profitability by passionately inspiring customer loyalty and effectively assisting customers. This position involves diligently managing store operations to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Be mindful of sales targets, KPIs, and personal performance goals; take responsibility to utilize store resources to achieve or surpass these benchmarks.
• Implement the Brand Customer Service standards to consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand’s values and attitude at all times.
• Leverage seasonal brand and product knowledge to enhance sales interactions.
• Clearly communicate product features, advantages, and unique selling points to meet customer needs and deepen their connection with the brand.
• Follow all policies and procedures strictly.
• Maintain and execute visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish stock fixtures promptly to display the full product range.
• Accurately and swiftly handle cash register transactions.
• Minimize inventory loss in both the stockroom and sales floor areas.
• Conduct all store operations safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with fellow team members.
• Complete necessary training programs and apply the knowledge effectively on the job.
• Seek out feedback and development opportunities to continuously improve performance.

Key Relationships

• Interact with customers ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school education is required.
• Preferably possess at least 6 months of experience in a sports or fashion-focused retail environment emphasizing customer and commercial service.
• Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication.
