We are seeking a warm, customer-oriented Retail Associate to join our team at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Retail Shop. This role focuses on ensuring the retail area operates efficiently by providing exceptional guest service, promoting and selling branded products, souvenirs, and photo merchandise, and maintaining a neat and fully stocked store that meets brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Engage guests proactively, offering help with product suggestions, explanations, and demonstrations.
• Efficiently manage computerized cash registers, barcode scanners, and payment machines.
• Accurately process transactions including cash, card payments, vouchers, and stored value cards.
• Organize, maintain, replenish, and label merchandise displays following brand guidelines.
• Leverage product knowledge to assist guests and constantly enhance understanding of products.
• Support promotional activities and strive to meet sales targets.
• Address basic guest complaints on the spot when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready retail environment at all times.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual inventory procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Higher secondary education or equivalent.
• Preferably previous experience in retail environments.
• Experience managing guest complaints is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge and preferably experience in cash handling.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Physical Requirements

• Physically capable of working under all weather conditions.
• Able to carry or lift items and climb ladders when necessary.
